  • How does it all work?

The service fulfilment process starts with the client placing an order through the website. Once the order information is received, a preliminary examination of the paramters is conducted. If feasibility is confirmed, Stiilus will contact the client and generate an invoice. The client makes a deposit and the order is commisioned.

  • How do I pay?

Our service is pre-paid. Clients are required to deposit 70% of the order value to commission an order. The balance is paid upon completion of the writing. All payments are made into Stiilus' bank account with Guaranty Trust Bank (0125666438).

  • How is the work delivered?

Once the order is ready, the client will be notified to complete payment. The order is sent electronically via mail. We do not deliver physical copies of orders.

  • How do I confirm the order is original?

A plagiarism software is used to test all orders before submission. The similarity index must be within acceptable levels. Test reports are shared with the clients.

  • Can I change my mind after I place an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is commissioned, you may not change or cancel the order. No refunds will be issued. If the scope of the order is significantly changed, the order value may be reviewed accordingly.

  • How do you price the order?

Order prices are predicated upon parameters such as scope of work, service type, service standard, word count, deadline etc. Prices are customised to the clients' specifications and requirements.
